Cancellation policy

Cancelling your subscription to Poetic Word Mail Club is straightforward. Here's exactly what happens.

You can cancel anytime

There's no minimum commitment. You can cancel from the Manage subscription link in your welcome email, in the footer of the club page, or via the Stripe customer portal at any moment.

You'll receive any mailing you've already paid for

Poetic Word Mail Club ships in monthly batches. If you've already been charged for an upcoming mailing, even if it hasn't shipped yet, that mailing is yours and will be sent to you. You won't lose anything you've paid for.

No future charges

After you cancel, you won't be charged for any future mailings. Your cancellation takes effect immediately for billing purposes; the only remaining shipment is the one you've already paid for, if applicable.

No refunds for past mailings

Past mailings aren't refundable since the work and materials have already been spent on them. If something arrived damaged or didn't arrive at all, please reach out to Poetic Word Mail Club directly, they can make it right.

Re-subscribing later

You're welcome to re-subscribe at any time. You'll join the next available cohort just like a brand-new subscriber.
