Hello!
My name is Stacie Forbes. I am a historian, history teacher, and mother to three young children. As a history educator for over a decade, I am always looking for ways to inspire students as well as my own children to be curious, and to love learning! As a mom, I am also always looking for unique experiences, and opportunities for learning that require zero screen time! Little History is a culmination of who I am as a parent, as an educator, and as a historian!
My love of history started with books, not tech, and my love for stories still exists in print. As a young child, I was always curious about history, and my love of history was fostered through great teachers in school. I now hold a bachelor's degree in History, as well as a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education for Social Studies from Michigan State University, as well as a master's degree in Global History from Arizona State University.
