About the creator
¡Hola! I'm a biologist and biotechnologist, but at heart I'm a creative who's deeply rooted in my island. I grew up in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and now live here with my husband and our two dogs, who keep life full and chaotic in the best way.
My favorite tree is the flamboyán, those fiery red blooms are Puerto Rico to me. And if I had to pick one place on the island to return to again and again, it's Rincón; something about that coastline just resets me.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me with a cup of local Puerto Rican iced coffee in hand (I drink it daily and love supporting our island's coffee farmers), or lost in a creative project — journaling, junk journaling, coloring, and painting just for fun. I'm also a self-proclaimed Disney adult, a Christmas-season fanatic, and someone who lives for cruising, traveling, and soaking up new cultures whenever I can. Beach days, PC gaming, and crafting round out the rest of my downtime.
This club is really an extension of all of that. A way to share little pieces of my island, my creativity, and my coffee-fueled love for Puerto Rico, one envelope at a time.
