Hello, I'm JK, an art teacher and lifelong creative soul, and the heart behind Paper and Post. I re-discovered junk journaling during recovery from kidney surgery last fall. What began as a creative outlet quickly became a daily practice that combines my love of art, whimsy, hobonitichis and reflection.
I created Paper and Post to share the joy I found through journaling. I believe there's something truly special about receiving a thoughtfully curated package in your mailbox- a small reminder to slow down, create and find joy in everyday moments.
