About the creator
I was raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where history was never just names, dates, and battles. Our lessons came with something extra — ghost stories, unexplained happenings, superstitions, and folklore clinging to the old homes, battlefields, churches, taverns, and streets.
In my family that connection ran deeper. It was perfectly normal for some of us to sense things others couldn't, and to feel bound to the people and places that came before. And we have always been storytellers.
I've taken my love of storytelling, history, local lore, the paranormal, and good old-fashioned handwritten mail and turned it into a way to preserve and share the stories and legends that deserve to keep being told.
But Paranormal Pen isn't only about telling my stories. I also want to shine a light on the historians, paranormal investigators, tour guides, authors, storytellers, small businesses, preservationists, and wonderfully curious people who keep our history and folklore alive.
Through Paranormal Pen, I'll be sharing monthly snail-mail adventures, local stories and legends, interviews, visits to fascinating places, fun videos, paranormal exploration, and probably a few unexpected things along the way.
