The Fabled Fox & Quill Post follows Hollyhurst, an invented small town whose animal residents write to you. A typical envelope holds the Hollyhurst Chronicle (a two-page town newspaper made by the resident news foxes), a letter that seems to have been meant for another neighbour, a postcard print or card, and stickers or a bookmark tied to the story, with the occasional extra surprise.
Monthly plans cost CAD 10 per month on three-month or twelve-month terms, and a one-time trial envelope is also sold. A quarterly novella add-on, Tales from the Den, expands the story for CAD 14 every three months. The club is run from Chestermere, Alberta; stickers are left out of EU orders because of shipping rules.
