The envelope holds two recipe cards for traditional French dishes, a letter on choosing, storing and pairing that ingredient at the market along with the stories behind the recipes, and a small rotating surprise.

The club costs EUR 14 a month with worldwide shipping included. Envelopes leave on the 20th; subscribe by the 9th for the next month's edition, while later sign-ups start the month after. Renewals are charged on the 10th and you can cancel anytime.
