Welcome to Henni & Ben’s Mail Club! One tiny baby chick rescued from a post office parking lot—and another rescued the very next day after falling from a box of chicks bound for a poultry farm—began the story of Henni and Ben. They couldn’t have been more different: two breeds, two sizes, and two completely different personalities. We knew nothing about raising chickens when they unexpectedly became part of our family, but little did we know they would forever change our lives. Although Henni and Ben are no longer with us, they sparked a love for birds that continues to grow every day. We’ve come to appreciate each bird’s unique personality, remarkable abilities, and the joy they bring wherever they’re found. From the tiniest songbird to the tallest shorebird, every one is a beautiful reminder of God’s amazing creation. If you love birds too, we’d love to have you join us! I’ve loved snail mail for as long as I can remember, and thanks to Henni and Ben, I’ve discovered a deep love for birds as well. Henni & Ben’s Mail Club brings those two passions together in the hope of spreading joy, encouraging curiosity, and helping others discover the wonderful world of birds—one mailbox at a time.
