Rainbow Bridge Mail Club was born from grief — but also from love.
Like so many people, I experienced the heartbreaking loss of a pet who wasn’t “just a pet” at all. He was my family, my soul-dog. Angus was part of my everyday life, my comfort, my routine, and a piece of my heart. And when he passed, the rest of world kept moving while mine felt quieter.
What surprised me most was that grief didn’t disappear after the goodbye. It showed up in little moments — reaching for him without thinking, missing his presence in ordinary routines, wishing for one more cuddle, one more look, one more day.
I found myself thinking about all the things we wish our pets could say if they could speak to us after they’ve crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Would they tell us they’re okay? Would they thank us? Would they remind us not to carry guilt? Would they tell us they still love us?
That thought stayed with me.
I created Rainbow Bridge Mail Club to offer something I wish I had during my own grief journey — a gentle reminder that the love we share with our pets doesn’t end when they leave us. Through monthly letters written from the perspective of pets who have crossed over, my hope is to bring comfort, connection, and moments of peace to those carrying the weight of missing someone who had four paws and left paw prints on their heart.
But I also wanted Rainbow Bridge Mail Club to become something bigger than remembrance.
That’s why 5% of every order goes into our Angel Fund — created to help people facing difficult veterinary costs, because no one should have to feel alone when trying to care for the pets they love.
Rainbow Bridge Mail Club exists for the people who still talk to their pets after they’re gone. For the people who carry photos in their phones and memories in their hearts. For the people learning to live with loss while holding onto love.
Because love doesn’t end at the Rainbow Bridge — it changes form.
