Hello, I’m Ioanna!
I’m a yoga teacher, a mother to a little boy, and someone who has learned to appreciate the beauty of ordinary days.
I live in a small town in Greece, where life unfolds between slow mornings, strong coffee, family traditions, and the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
A few years ago, I left my corporate career in search of a slower, more meaningful way of living. Yoga taught me to slow down, be present, and find joy in the little things. Becoming a mother gave those lessons an entirely new meaning.
Over time, I’ve come to realize that life isn’t made up of extraordinary moments. It’s made up of ordinary ones. The morning coffee, the smell of something baking in the kitchen, familiar family traditions, and those little moments we often overlook.
And I wanted to find a way to share them.
That’s how Dear Ordinary Days came to life.
A monthly letter club where I share little pieces of my everyday life in Greece through personal stories, family recipes, familiar scents, and traditions, both old and new.
It’s my way of celebrating the beauty of everyday living, bringing back the joy of receiving something meaningful in the mail, and creating a little connection in an increasingly digital world.
Nothing extravagant. Just a little piece of Greece, thoughtfully wrapped in paper and sent from my ordinary days to yours.
