I’m originally from Calexico, California, and moved to San Francisco to immerse myself in its vibrant art scene and follow my creative dreams. When I’m not illustrating or designing new goodies for Girasol Val, I’m studying to go to law school, diving into classic literature, or binge-watching my favorite anime series with a matcha in hand. ☀️ Why Sunflowers? Sunflowers are my absolute favorite—they hold a special place in my heart because they always remind me of Mexico, my heritage, and warm, happy energy. 🐾 The Real Boss Behind the Art I live with my husband and our cats, but one furry studio assistant stands out: Cappuccino, my Siamese rescue from Calexico.
