I'm Kate. I write from an eighteen-acre coastal farm in Sicily where I farm lavender with a husband, five rescue dogs, six cats, a flock of hens, and two seasons that define everything: a summer that burns, and a winter that forgives. Every month, a personally written letter leaves the island and finds its way to your door. Not a newsletter. Not a content feed. A real letter, sealed with wax, written with love about daily life on the island, its food, its people, its festivals, its history, and the small moments that rarely make it into guidebooks.
