I'm Kate. I write from an eighteen-acre coastal farm in Sicily — five rescue dogs, six cats, a flock of hens, and two seasons that define everything: a summer that burns, and a winter that forgives. Every month, a personally written letter leaves the island and finds its way to your door. Not a newsletter. Not a content feed. A real letter, sealed with wax, written with love about daily life on the island — its food, its people, its festivals, its history, and the small moments that rarely make it into guidebooks.
