Sobre el artista

Welcome to my little corner of slower living! Let me Introduce myself, I'm a wife, mother, grandmother, artist and a health and wellness coach, and I believe there is something truly special about slowing down, creating with our hands, and making room for the simple pleasures in life. Through this letter club, we will take a little time each month to pause, reflect and enjoy the beauty of art journaling, handwritten words, and a comforting cup of herbal tea while exploring mindfulness and implementing wellness rituals. My hope is that each envelope feels like a little exhale in your mailbox and a gentle reminder to slow down and nurture yourself, embrace creativity and savor the ordinary moments that make life beautiful. Join a community of like-minded people choosing to cultivate wellness one small ritual at a time. Until we meet again, I hope that you are Living well.
