Hi, I am Gigi Hampton. I’m the person behind Echoes of Grace, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
One of the reasons I started Echoes of Grace was because I noticed just how easy it is to be surrounded by bad news. We see it on social media, on television and in the newspapers, and if we’re not careful, all that noise can leave us feeling anxious, discouraged, scared or even a little hopeless about the world around us.
So I started sharing Echoes of Grace online with a simple prayer that, somewhere amongst all that scrolling, someone might come across a little encouragement and be reminded of the hope we have in God.
You never really know what somebody is going through behind the screen. It might just be one post, one verse or one reminder of God’s faithfulness that encourages someone to keep going for one more day. If Echoes of Grace can be even a small part of that, then I’m thankful.
And now, I wanted to make that encouragement a little more personal. That’s how The Letter Club came about.
I’ve always loved letters. There’s still something exciting about finding something addressed to you waiting in the letterbox... as long as it isn’t a bill! I especially love the kind of post you want to keep. In fact, I still have a box filled with letters and cards I’ve collected over the years.
There’s something about holding a letter in your hands that feels different from reading something on a screen. You can take your time with it, tuck it away and find it again months or even years later.
That is what I hope The Letter Club can become for you.
I hope each envelope feels like a little breath of fresh air when life has been heavy, or perhaps a second wind when you’ve been feeling weary. Most of all, I pray that the words inside will gently turn your eyes back to the Lord and remind you that whatever season you find yourself in, His grace is still there.
