💕 A Little About Me
Hello! My name is Carrie Kohan.
I’m originally from Canada and now divide my time between the UK and Portugal. If you’re Canadian, you may already be familiar with some of my work.
I’m an award-winning author, Métis Canadian psychic, artist, songwriter, music producer, psychotherapist, and two-time Near-Death Experiencer.
I was also a business partner of motivational speaker Tony Robbins. Like Tony, I spent decades teaching workshops to tens of thousands of people, although my work was spiritually based.
Now, in retirement—LOL!—I’ve decided to go old school, pick up my pen again, and write you a letter... or two... or twelve over the coming year. xo
Since 1998, I’ve also dedicated much of my life to protecting children.
I became a national child advocate and helped write and amend 14 Canadian laws that strengthened child protection, including helping bring AMBER Alert, the National Sex Offender Registry, and several other important initiatives to Canada.
Through this work, I came to understand trauma and PTSD at their deepest levels.
Over the years, my work shifted from protecting children to helping people heal. Now it’s shifting once again—to helping people heal, rise up, and fly.
Looking back, it sometimes feels as though I’ve lived ten lifetimes in my 62 years.
Of all the paths I’ve walked, my spiritual journey has transformed me the most.
For more than three decades, I’ve taught meditation, intuition development, energy awareness, and spiritual growth.
Through my Near-Death Experiences, tens of thousands of clients, years of study, and countless conversations with Spirit, I’ve come to believe that life is far more magical, loving, and interconnected than most of us realize.
Everything I create—my artwork, music, books, podcasts, meditations, and now these letters—is born from one simple desire:
To help people remember who they truly are, reconnect with their inner wisdom, raise their vibration, and discover that they are never alone.
