Hi, I'm Amy ✨ I'm a yoga teacher, embodiment guide, content creator and lifelong lover of all things mystical, meaningful and a little bit magical. For years, my work has centred around helping women slow down, reconnect with their bodies, listen to their intuition and come home to themselves. But somewhere along the way, I realised how much of our lives now happen through a screen. We scroll. We consume. We compare. We document. We constantly have the world at our fingertips — and yet sometimes feel further away from ourselves than ever. And that's where Inner Temple Mail Club was born. I wanted to create something that felt like the opposite of all of that. Something tangible. Something slow. Something you could actually hold in your hands. Every month, I'll send you a little piece of magic through the post — a beautifully designed cosmic guide, an oracle card, reflections, rituals, journal prompts and little invitations to pause and look inward. We'll explore the moon, the seasons, intuition, embodiment, spirituality, self-discovery and all the wonderfully mysterious things that make being human so interesting.
