Hi, I’m Amy ✨
I’m a yoga teacher, embodiment guide and lifelong lover of all things mystical, meaningful and a little bit magical.
For years, my work has been about helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves and listen to that little voice within.
But in a world where so much of life happens through a screen, I wanted to create something that felt different.
Something tangible. Something slow. Something you could actually hold in your hands.
And so, the Inner Temple Mail Club was born. 🌙
Each month, a little piece of magic will land through your letterbox — with cosmic guides, oracle cards, journal prompts, rituals, reflections and little invitations to step away from the noise and back into your own inner world.
We'll explore the moon, the seasons, intuition, embodiment, spirituality and all the wonderfully mysterious things that make life a little more magical.
Think of it as a little letter from a friend, arriving each month to remind you to put your phone down, look up at the sky and come home to yourself.
If you’re a deep feeler, a curious soul, a little bit witchy, or simply someone who wants more magic in the everyday...
Welcome to the Inner Temple. 🌙
With so much love,
Amy x
