Button & Bloom Press keeps its club simple: every month brings one 5x7 art print and a letter, and a few extra surprises appear at points during the year. Recent prints have been painted still lifes of everyday things such as vintage teacups, wrapped candies and garden carrots, each sent in a colored envelope labeled with the month.

The subscription costs $9 a month. It goes out with standard postage and no tracking, typically on the first Monday of the month, and takes about five to seven business days to arrive.

A low-key choice for anyone slowly building a small wall of original-feeling art.
