Nourish & Notes

Nourish & Notes is a monthly letter club written by Taryn, an artist and chef, from her kitchen in Edinburgh. Each wax-sealed letter comes with a handwritten-style seasonal recipe card, an original botanical or seasonal art print, a note on a herb or spice and its traditional uses, and a small surprise. Over time the cards and prints build into a personal book of recipes and remedies.

The UK letter is £8 a month and there is a separate international plan for addresses abroad. Letters are sent out at the end of each month. A cheaper digital version exists, but this listing is for the posted letter.
