Brief und Seele Briefclub

Brief und Seele is a German letter club centred on mindfulness and self-care. Each month's post follows a theme; for October 2026 it is autumn and gratitude. Version 1 includes a handwritten letter on coloured paper, a specially designed postcard, a floral bookmark, a small soul card, two stickers and a digital extra. Version 2 adds a question card and a reusable bingo card.

The monthly subscription costs EUR 7.50 for Version 1 or EUR 9.50 for Version 2, with shipping calculated at checkout. Three-month, six-month and annual plans are available, as are one-off trial sets without a subscription. Letters are written in German, and some starter sets also come in English.
