It comes with a matching sticker and a note she writes herself about the season. The PLUS plan adds a seasonal 5x7 art print.

Plans cost $7 a month, or $14 for PLUS, with free shipping worldwide. Join before the 15th to receive that month's artwork; mail goes out around the start of the month. Prepaid 3, 6 and 12 month gifts are also available.
