MailClubly Pro

MailClubly is free to use: on the Free plan there's no monthly fee, and we take an 8% platform fee on your subscription payments. Pro replaces that fee with a flat price.

What Pro includes

• 0% platform fee on all your subscriptions (and shop sales), for existing and new subscribers
• Custom domain: your club page on your own domain, like yourclub.com. See Use your own domain
• Stories: short vertical videos on your club page, like Instagram stories (up to 8)
• Cancel anytime

Price

Pro is per club: each club has its own plan, so if you run two clubs, you can upgrade just one.

• Yearly: $99 a year, that's $8.25 a month (31% less than monthly)
• Monthly: $12 a month

In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Pro is billed in your own currency at the same amounts: €99, £99 or CHF 99 a year, or €12, £12 or CHF 12 a month. Prices include VAT where it applies.

If your club was already on Pro before these prices were introduced, it keeps its original $9 a month for as long as that subscription stays active.

When does Pro pay for itself?

On the yearly plan, as soon as your club takes more than about $103 a month in subscriptions (8% of $103 is $8.25). On the monthly plan, above $150 a month (8% of $150 is $12). For example, with a $12/month club, yearly Pro pays for itself from 9 subscribers.

Upgrade, manage or cancel

Go to Settings → Plan & Billing:

• Upgrade to Pro to subscribe (payment by card through Stripe).
• Manage billing to update your card, download invoices or cancel.

If you cancel Pro, your club goes back to the Free plan (8% fee) once the paid period ends. If you subscribe again later, the current prices apply. Stories you already added stay on your page, but you can't add new ones.
