Take a break, close or delete your club

The options to pause your club's activity, end it, or delete it and your account.

Taking a break

There's no "pause" button yet. Depending on what you need:

  • Skip one mailing: see Skip a month. Nobody is charged for that month.
  • Stop new sign-ups: set a Subscriber limit equal to your current number of subscribers (in Subscription → Shipping schedule). Your page shows "Club is full".
  • Not ready to launch yet? Your club can't take subscribers until payouts, price, shipping and schedule are all set up, so an unfinished club simply shows "Subscriptions coming soon".

For a longer break, contact us and we'll find the best option together.

Ending your club

To run your club until a certain date, set a Last shipment month in Subscription → Shipping schedule. After the final shipment, billing stops automatically and the club closes to new members.

Deleting your club

Go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete this club, type your club's URL to confirm, and click Delete club permanently.

Before you can delete a club:

  • All subscriptions must be canceled. Cancel them from Subscribers → Details, or let them end.
  • Paid mailings must be shipped or refunded.
  • Your Stripe balance should be paid out.

Deleting also cancels the club's Pro plan. This can't be undone.

Deleting your account

Go to Account settings → Danger zone → Delete account, type your email and confirm. If you're the only admin of a club, delete that club first (or add another admin in Settings → Team).
