Find addresses and export your shipping list
See each subscriber's address, export a CSV for labels, and mark a mailing as shipped.
One subscriber's address
- Open Subscribers.
- Click Details next to the subscriber.
- Their Shipping address is shown with a Copy address button, along with their billing history.
The shipping list for a mailing
This is the list most creators use to post their mail:
- Open Mailings.
- On the mailing's row (for example October 2026), click Subscribers.
- You'll see everyone in that mailing with their address, letter number, status and amount paid.
- Click Export CSV to download it for mail merge or label printing.
The export contains exactly what's shown with the current filters: name, email, full address, country, letter number, status and join date. By default the list shows subscribers who are Pending, Paid and Shipped: use the Status filter to change that.
Only ship to "Paid". Before the cut-off, upcoming subscribers show as Pending: they haven't been charged yet for that mailing. Once they're charged, they become Paid.
Addresses are always the subscriber's current address: if a subscriber updates it (see Change your shipping address), your next export includes the change.
All subscribers at once
In Subscribers, Export CSV downloads every subscriber (including canceled ones) with their email, status, address and join date.
When a mailing is ready
After the cut-off, once subscribers have been charged, the mailing moves to Ready to ship at the top of Mailings, and your team gets a "📦 It's mail day!" email.
Mark as shipped
When you've posted everything, click Mark as shipped on the mailing and confirm. Every Paid subscriber gets an email saying their mail is on the way, with your mailing's title and first photo. This can't be undone, so only do it once the mail has actually gone out.
