Messages from your subscribers
Subscribers can reply to your club's emails or use your contact page. You answer from your dashboard, and your email stays private.
Your subscribers can write to you in two ways, and both land in your dashboard's Messages tab:
- By replying to any email your club sends them (welcome, "your mail is on the way", skipped month).
- Through your contact page: every club page has a Contact the club link in its footer (
mailclubly.com/@your-club/contact).
When a message arrives, everyone on your club's team gets an email notification, and the Messages tab shows an unread badge.
Replying
- Open Messages and click the conversation.
- Type your answer and click Send.
Your reply is emailed to the subscriber under your club's name, in the same email thread. If they answer, it comes back to the same conversation.
Your email stays private
Subscribers never see your personal email address: messages travel through MailClubly in both directions.
Good to know
- Photos subscribers attach (for example a picture of their mail) show up in the conversation.
- Messages sent through the contact form are labeled Sent via contact form: that email address wasn't verified, so double-check before sharing anything personal.
- If a reply comes from a different address than the subscriber's, it's labeled Sent from [address].
- Use Archive to tidy your inbox. A new message moves the conversation back to your inbox.
