Manage your subscription

Every mail club on MailClubly uses Stripe, a secure payment provider, to handle your subscription. You manage it from a secure Stripe page showing the club's name and logo.

How to open it

• From any email from the club (the welcome email, the "your mail is on the way" email, a skipped-month email, or a reply from the club): click Manage your subscription at the bottom. The link is personal to you, so it opens your subscriptions directly, no sign-in needed.
• From the club's page: click Manage subscription at the bottom, under Membership, or go to the club's page address followed by /manage (for example mailclubly.com/@club-name/manage). Enter the email address you used when you subscribed and we'll email you a link to open your subscriptions. The link works for one hour.

You'll see each subscription you have with the club, with the name and city it ships to. Click Manage next to the one you want.

What you can do there

• Update your payment card: useful if your card expired or was replaced.
• Update your shipping address: the club automatically sees your new address for its next mailing. See Change your shipping address.
• See your invoices and download receipts.
• Cancel your subscription. See Cancel your subscription.

You can't change your email address there. If you need to, contact the club.

Subscribed more than once with the same email?

That's fine, for example if one subscription is a gift for someone else. Each one is charged, shipped and managed separately. Your manage link lists them all, each with its recipient's name and city, so you can change the address or cancel one without touching the other.
