Shipping costs and countries
Use official postal rates, set your own zones, offer free shipping, or ship only to some countries.
Set up shipping in Subscription → Shipping costs → Edit. First choose where you're shipping from, then how to charge for shipping.
Your three options
Pre-calculated rates: official postal rates for your country, with the right price for each destination. Available when shipping from:

Pick the weight tier that matches your heaviest mailing. If your club uses a different currency, the rate is converted when each subscriber signs up.
Custom zones: set your own rates for groups of countries. See below.
Free shipping: shipping is included in your subscription price. Subscribers see "Free worldwide shipping".
Custom zones
- Give a zone a name (for example "Europe"), a rate, and add its countries with Add country.
- Add more zones as needed (up to 20). A country can only be in one zone.
- Decide what happens for everywhere else:
- On: every country not in a zone pays the "Everywhere else" rate.
- Off: your club is only available in the countries you listed.
Ship only to some countries
Add zones for the countries you ship to (for example your own country and a neighbor), then turn Everywhere else off. Visitors from other countries can't subscribe.
Ship everywhere except some countries
Create a zone with the countries you can't ship to and turn on Don't ship to these countries for that zone. Keep Everywhere else on for the rest of the world.
What subscribers see
Your club page has a Ship to country picker (pre-filled with the visitor's country) and shows the shipping cost for their country, like "+ $1.70 shipping to Canada". Shipping is a separate line at checkout.
Good to know
- Prepay plans charge shipping for every month included (for example 3 × your shipping rate). The prepay discount applies to the subscription only.
- Changes only affect new subscribers. Existing subscribers keep the shipping cost they signed up with.
