Is MailClubly available in my country?
The countries where you can run a club and receive payouts.
MailClubly pays you through Stripe, so you can run a club from any country where Stripe supports payouts to creators on our platform.
Supported countries
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom and the United States.
This is the country you are based in (where your bank account is). Your subscribers can live almost anywhere: you choose which countries you ship to. See Shipping costs and countries.
My country isn't listed
Unfortunately you can't run a club from an unsupported country yet, for example India, Indonesia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Israel, Serbia or South Africa. Stripe decides where payouts are possible, and we add countries as that becomes possible for our platform.
Tip: your club's country must match your bank account and identity documents, because Stripe verifies them. Don't pick a different country just to sign up. Stripe won't be able to pay you.
Changing your country later
You can change it in Settings → Payouts → Business country, but this disconnects your Stripe account and you'll need to set up payouts again for the new country.
