Use your own domain
Put your club on your own website address, like yourclub.com, step by step.
With MailClubly Pro, your club page can live on your own domain, like yourclub.com or club.yoursite.com. Payments, emails and everything else keep working exactly the same: visitors just see your address.
Before you start
- You need MailClubly Pro for the club.
- You need a domain you own (bought from Namecheap, GoDaddy, IONOS, Squarespace, Cloudflare, etc.).
- If the domain currently shows another website, connecting it to MailClubly replaces that website. To keep both, use a subdomain like
club.yoursite.com.
Step 1: Add your domain
- Go to Settings → Custom domain.
- Type your domain (for example
yourclub.com) and click Connect.
MailClubly then shows the exact DNS records to add.
Step 2: Add the DNS records at your domain provider
Log in to where you bought your domain and open its DNS settings (sometimes called "DNS records", "Advanced DNS" or "Manage DNS").
For a main domain like yourclub.com, add two records:
| Type | Host / Name | Value |
|---|---|---|
| A | @ | 87.99.159.239 |
| CNAME | www | yourclub.com |
For a subdomain like club.yoursite.com, add one record:
| Type | Host / Name | Value |
|---|---|---|
| A | club | 87.99.159.239 |
Always copy the values from your dashboard: they're shown for your exact domain.
Remove conflicting records. If your provider already has an A record for @, a CNAME for www, a "parking page" or a "URL redirect" record, delete them first, otherwise your domain keeps pointing to the old place.
Using Cloudflare? Set the records to DNS only (grey cloud), not "Proxied".
Step 3: Wait for it to connect
Back in Settings → Custom domain, the status checks automatically. DNS changes usually take a few minutes, occasionally a few hours. When it shows Connected, your club is live on your domain, with a secure https certificate set up for you.
www.yourclub.com automatically redirects to yourclub.com, and your old mailclubly.com/@your-club link keeps working too.
Stuck on "Waiting for DNS"?
The page shows what your domain currently points to. Compare it with the records above. Still stuck after a few hours? Contact us with a screenshot of your DNS settings, and we'll help.
