Sell past mailings

New members often want what they missed. You can sell copies of your past mailings in your shop, at one price for all of them.

Turn it on

1. Go to Products → Sell past mailings.
2. Switch on Sell past mailings on my club page.
3. Set the Price per past mailing. We suggest a bit above your monthly price, so subscribing stays the better deal.

Which mailings are on sale

A mailing can be sold once its cut-off has passed, and once it has a photo or a description (add them in Mailings, on the mailing). The list in Products shows each one's state: On sale, Needs a photo or a description, Sold out, or Not for sale.

To keep one mailing out of the shop, open it in Mailings and untick Available to buy as a past mailing.

Copies and weight

For each past mailing you can set:

• Copies left: leave it empty if you can always make more. At 0 the mailing shows as sold out.
• Weight: leave it empty to use your usual mailing weight.

Mailings you sent before MailClubly

Did you run your club before joining MailClubly? Add those mailings so they show on your page and can be sold:

1. Go to Mailings → Past and click Add an earlier mailing.
2. Choose the month it was sent, and add a title, what was inside and photos.
3. Click Add mailing.

Earlier mailings appear with your other past mailings, and in your shop when selling past mailings is on. They're not part of your schedule: nobody is charged for them and nobody is shipped them. You can edit or delete them anytime.
