Your shop
Sell one-time items next to your club: prints, sticker packs, extras and past mailings.
Your shop lets fans buy things once, without subscribing: a print, a sticker pack, a holiday extra, or a mailing they missed. It's part of your club page, uses your Stripe account, and is free to use.
When your shop opens
Your shop opens once your club can take payments (Stripe connected) and your shipping is set up. Until then, Products tells you what's missing, with a Set it up button.
What you can sell
- Products: anything you make, with its own photos, price and stock. See Products.
- Past mailings: copies of mailings you've already sent, including ones you sent before MailClubly. See Sell past mailings.
Buyers can mix both in one cart and pay once.
Where buyers find it
- Your club page shows your products below your subscription, with a Products link at the top. When you sell past mailings, your recent mailings get an Add to cart button and a View all link.
- Direct links:
mailclubly.com/@your-club/productsandmailclubly.com/@your-club/mailings. Each product also has its own page, with a link in Products → View public page. - On a custom domain, the shop lives on your domain too.
How it works
- A fan adds items to their cart and checks out with their email, address and card.
- You get a New order email, and the order shows in Orders with the shipping address.
- You post it and click Mark as shipped. The buyer gets an email. See Orders.
The money goes to your Stripe balance like your subscriptions, and is paid out with them (see Get paid).
Fees
- Free plan: 8% of the items' price. There's no fee on the shipping.
- Pro: 0%. See MailClubly Pro.
Stripe's processing fee applies as usual. If you collect sales tax, the tax is added at checkout and the usual 0.5% tax fee applies. See Fees and Sales tax and VAT.
