Contact the club

Each mail club is run by its own creator. For anything about your mail (what's inside, a letter that hasn't arrived, a change of address), the club is the right place to ask.

Reply to any email from the club

The easiest way: just reply to any email you've received from the club (your welcome email or a "your mail is on the way" email). Your reply goes straight to the creator, and their answer comes back to you by email.

Or use the contact form

At the bottom of the club's page, click Contact the club. Fill in your name, your email and your message, then click Send message. The club will reply to the email you entered.

Your privacy

Your messages are passed on to the club through MailClubly. The club sees your name and email address (they already have them as your club), and replies from its own name.
