Fees

MailClubly has no setup fee and no monthly fee on the Free plan. Two kinds of fees are taken from each payment before it reaches your balance.

MailClubly's platform fee

• Free plan: 8% of each payment your subscribers make, including shipping, and after any discount.
• Pro plan: 0%, for $9/month per club. See MailClubly Pro.

There's no fee on free (0) payments, such as an intro-offer month, and the fee is never taken on sales tax you collect. If you refund a payment from your dashboard, our fee on it is refunded too.

Stripe's processing fees

Stripe charges a card processing fee on every payment. It depends on your country and where the card is from. For example:

United States	2.9% + 30¢
United Kingdom	1.5% + 20p (UK cards)
France, Germany (EU)	1.5% + €0.25 (European cards)
Canada	2.9% + CA$0.30

International cards cost more, and currency conversion adds about 2%. See Stripe's pricing for your country. Stripe keeps its processing fee when you refund a payment.

Payouts

Stripe doesn't charge you for sending your money to your bank. MailClubly covers it.

Disputes

If a subscriber disputes a payment with their bank (a "chargeback"), Stripe charges a dispute fee (for example $15 in the US, £20 in the UK or €20 in Europe), and it's not refunded even if you win. We mark disputed payments so you don't ship that mailing. Replying to subscribers quickly and shipping on time is the best way to avoid disputes.

A $12 subscription + $1.70 shipping on the Free plan, paid with a US card:

• MailClubly (8%): $1.10
• Stripe (2.9% + 30¢): $0.70
• You receive: about $11.90
