Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There's no minimum commitment.

How to cancel

1. Open your subscription page by clicking Manage your subscription at the bottom of any email from the club. (More ways in Manage your subscription.)
2. Sign in with the email you used to subscribe.
3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

What happens next

• You won't be charged again. Your subscription stops at the end of the period you've already paid for.
• You keep what you've paid for. If you've already been charged for an upcoming mailing, even one that hasn't shipped yet, it's yours and the club will send it to you.
• Changed your mind? Until your paid period ends, you can renew from the same page. After that, you can subscribe again anytime from the club's page, and you'll start with the next available mailing.

Refunds

Your subscription payment goes to the club's creator, not to MailClubly, so refunds are decided by the club. Past mailings usually aren't refundable, since the work and materials have already been spent on them.
