Skip a month

Need a month off? You can skip your next mailing. Nobody is charged for it, and your subscribers keep their subscriptions.

How to skip

1. Open Mailings.
2. On your next upcoming mailing, click the gear icon, then Skip this month.
3. Confirm.

You can skip up to 24 hours before that mailing's cut-off (when subscribers would be charged). After that, the option shows Skip window closed.

What happens

• Nobody is charged for the skipped mailing. Everyone's next charge moves to the following mailing.
• Subscribers who already paid for it aren't refunded, for example someone who joined recently and paid at checkout. Their payment simply covers their next mailing instead, so they still receive everything they paid for.
• Your subscribers get an email letting them know you're skipping that month.
• The mailing shows as Skipped in your Mailings list.

Limits

• You can only skip the next upcoming mailing, not one further in the future.
• Skipping isn't available for clubs with a Last shipment month set.
